Kleenair believes in offering its customers an excellent product & thus built a dedicated manufacturing facility to manufacture all Air Pollution Control as well as Solid & Powder Handling Systems in-house.

Kleenair firmly believes that-a well conceived as well designed system needs to be manufactured with latest manufacturing standards & strict quality control procedure  to ensure that customer gets THE BEST VALUE for its money and the systems runs trouble free for  years together with minimum preventive maintenance. System where these important aspects are compromised to save on few percent capital results in more down-time & spares cost and less performance and life.

So each component going in to the system is being manufactured in-house to ensure that the end result of GOOD SYSTEM for CUSTOMER is met with.

So Kleenair”s manufacturing facility has experienced workmen which understand the criticality of each job & dedicatedly deliver a product which exceeds customer”s expectations.

We have separate manufacturing facility, machinery  so also experienced workmen for stainless steel equipments required for food/ pharma/beverage  & chemicals industry ,to meet all finish requirements up-to buffing.

Kleenair also possesses capability to manufacture pressure vessels as per ASME manufacturing standards & manufactured pressure vessels(O2 & CO2 storage vessels) up to 20 bar pressure so also other pressure vessels.Kleenair has all infrastructure and skilled manpower to ensure complete compliance to pressure vessel standards.

Pilot Plant And Trial Set Up:

Even though the product characteristics are known to customers as well as to us, sometimes it is difficult to predict the performance of the product in the conceived system in terms of its properties change and also the power consumption.
The systems components needs to be checked for their performance as well as accuracy of end results.

Kleenair has built an dedicated pilot plant for its customers to test their actual products.
The pilot plant offers following facilities :

1. Lean phase pneumatic conveying system-upto 100 mtr length.( ss-304)
2. Dense phase pneumatic conveying system-100 mtr+ length.( ss-304)
3. Mini-pot conveying systems for smaller conveying distances.(ss-304)
4. Bag dump station and Big bag unloading stations.(ss-304& MS0
5. Intensive mixer(SS-304)
6. Air blender.(SS-304)
7. Continuous mixer.(SS-304)
8. Storage Batching weighing system(SS-304)
9. Silo flow aids.
10. Bag-filter with different configurations of inlets
11. Special cleaning blow tubes to access filter bag cleaning .
12. Online efficiency check up of manufactured centrifugal fans.
13. Product parameter check equipment such as bulk density,particle size,moisture ,angle of repose etc.

Apart from this ,we carry out lot of pilot plant studies to improve the existing product range in terms of its operation and power consumption. Thus  customers get tried and tested product manufactured in-house to meet its purpose on long term basis.
